Returns & Exchanges

All sales are generally final due to the nature of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

To request an exchange or refund:

• Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

• Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable.

• Wait for our team to review your request and provide further instructions.
   

Opened or used intimate products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
 

Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases. Approved refunds will be processed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Service & Event Cancellations

Service bookings generally require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Event tickets and other services may have separate cancellation policies.
