Choose a strong, sturdy door that closes securely. Open the door and position the straps over the top so the stoppers rest on the opposite side.

2. SECURE THE SWING

Close the door firmly and ensure it is fully shut and locked before use. Gently pull on the straps to confirm everything is stable and secure.

3. ADJUST THE STRAPS

Customize the height by adjusting the straps to a comfortable level. Make sure both sides are even for balance and support.

4. POSITION YOUR BODY

Step into the lower loops and gently place your arms into the upper supports or hold the handles. Take your time getting comfortable and supported.
